Stir Fry
Onions, mushrooms, peppers, cucumbers, carrots, Broccoli (any vegetable you like goes in well)
Little Olive oil in a pan: add onions first and then the other ingredients
I would say cook for about 2mins, cooking for too long renders the veggies useless (nutrition-less...lool)
If you are not a fan of broccoli (like me) you can steam the broccoli in a small pot with a lump of butter before adding it to the mix,
I forgot to take pictures of the fish process but basically:-
I used 2 Tilapia Fillets, I Washed them and I cut them up into squares
And I marinated it overnight with Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Adobo seasoning and Lemon Juice
Then I greased a pan, and places the fillet pieces in it and grilled them in the oven for about 15/20mins at 350 degrees C
I also Roasted some Sweet potatoes
Final Outcome:
Mango Juice/Lassi
For Plain Mango Juice, Simply Remove the skin from the mango, slice or dice the flesh and throw the pit out
Pt the flesh in the blender/juicer and add 1/2 cup water or juice and BLEND :D
Lassi is usually made with fresh yogurt and milk, so this is a fake version.
Just add 3 scoops of frozen yogurt with very little water to the mango flesh and blend
This is a really nice drink for mango lovers like me
I love it

I baked the Tilapia (Marinated in Lemon, Spice and Butter)
And the vegetable was made with Spinach and Ugwu....I used hot green peppers instead of red peppers and tomato. It turned out very very spicy...but it was YUMMMYYY!!!
