Chicken Coconut Curry
You'll need : Chicken, diced onions, diced peppers, coconut milk, curry paste
What to do :- pretty easy, put a little oil in the pan (i used coconut oil for more flavor), add your onions, peppers, garlic and all that....
Let if fry for a min and then add the curry paste
Next pour in the coconut milk
Stir for about 2minutes and add the chicken (if you are using big chicken pieces, u r better off boiling it separately first but if using strips, you could just add them on before the coconut milk)
Let it simmer for about 10minutes
Serve with Basmati rice or Any rice
